Jessica Foat, M.Ed., provides Executive Leadership expertise within Educational, Non-Profit, and Government Institutions. She has a Master of Education in Curriculum & Instructional Design and is currently enrolled in a Graduate Certification Program in Psychology at California Southern University. She holds Levels 1 & 2 Professional Certifications in Trauma & Resilience and Social Emotional Learning from Florida State University. Jessica is a Certified Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher. Jessica was most recently identified as 2022's 40 Under 40 by the Greater Irvine Chamber.

Justin Foat, MBA, provides Executive Leadership expertise within start-up companies, mid-size to large corporations, and military operations. He specializes in e-commerce, operations, and logistics. Justin has a Master of Business Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from California Southern University.
